1. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to agricultural advice and crop health diagnostics. You must not attempt to disrupt or abuse our services, API networks, or database systems.
2. Accuracy of AI Diagnosis
CropCulture provides diagnostic remedies using advanced Artificial Intelligence. While our models are highly trained, agricultural outcomes depend on multiple variables (weather, soil, application timing). The diagnosis should be used as reference guidance, and you are encouraged to consult local agricultural experts before major chemical application or transactions.
3. Subscription & Payments
If you purchase any paid subscriptions, subsidy links, or premium advice packages, payments are processed securely via our transactional partners. Any subsidy allocations are subject to regional eligibility and validation.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CropCulture and its developers shall not be liable for any crop loss, financial damage, or incorrect application of advice resulting from the use of the Service.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your details.
1. Data We Collect
- Crop Images: Photos you upload or capture to diagnose plant diseases.
- Location Data: Geolocation coordinates (latitude & longitude) to detect regional soil types, local weather risks, and regional treatments.
- Contact Details: Email addresses or phone numbers used for OTP login, and optionally for sending diagnostic PDF reports.
2. How We Use Data
We process crop diagnostic details to provide localized, voice-enabled advisor remedies. Your photos and questions are used to run our AI pipelines and improve local advisory databases.
3. Data Protection & Sharing
Your session tokens are stored securely in Cloudflare KV. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Transactional and login data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
